Retro Runner does not collect anything.
What is stored, and where
When you run a session, Retro Runner keeps it in your browser’s own storage on the device you
are using:
- which format and industry you chose, and how long the session was
- what you typed as the team spoke
- the changes the team agreed, including any first name you put against one and the date
- past sessions, so the next one can ask whether the last change happened
- your appearance preference
All of it stays on that device. Retro Runner makes no network requests of any kind. There is
no account, no sign-in, no server, and no analytics. Nothing is sent to Influential Agile Leader
or to anybody else, and there is no mechanism in the extension by which it could be.
Personal data
Sessions can contain personal data, because you are typing what colleagues said about how the
team works and putting a name against an agreed change. Retro Runner treats it accordingly: it
never leaves your device, and you can remove it.
- Delete one session — open past sessions, choose a session, select Delete.
- Delete everything — open past sessions, select “Delete everything on this device”.
Both remove the data immediately and for good. Uninstalling the extension also removes it.
Permissions
Retro Runner requests one permission: storage. It is used only to save your sessions on your
own device. The extension has no host permissions and no content scripts, which means it cannot
read the pages you visit.
Links
The extension may link to articles on influentialagileleader.com as further reading. Following a
link opens an ordinary browser tab, and from that point the website’s own privacy notice applies.
Retro Runner does not follow those links itself and does not report whether you did.
Children
Retro Runner is a tool for workplace teams. It is not directed at children and collects nothing
from anybody.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the date at the top changes with it. Any release that adds a network
request would require a new permission and a new data-collection declaration, both of which are
shown to you by the browser before the update installs.
